What this site collects
Ghostlines receives information you choose to submit through public inquiry forms. Depending on the form, this may include your name, company or business, email address, optional phone number, areas of interest, workflow description, number of locations, monthly processing volume, current processor, primary asset type, and situation description.
How forms are delivered
Form submissions are transmitted through EmailJS, a third-party email-delivery service, to notify Ghostlines and, where configured, send a reply to the address you provide. The site is hosted on Netlify. Google Fonts may be requested by your browser to display the site.
How we use information
We use inquiry information to respond, evaluate whether a briefing or introduction is appropriate, coordinate a qualified introduction to an independent specialist when requested, and operate and improve the Ghostlines site and technology services.
Specialist introductions
A public-form submission is not automatically sent to a referral partner. If you request and qualify for an introduction, relevant information may be shared with the independent specialist involved in that introduction.
Information you should not submit
Do not submit payment-card numbers, Social Security numbers, government-identification numbers, account credentials, private keys, medical records, or other highly sensitive information through a public form.
Retention and privacy requests
We retain inquiry information for as long as reasonably necessary to respond, provide requested coordination, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, and protect our services. To request access, correction, or deletion of information you submitted, contact info@ghostlines.net. We will evaluate requests under applicable law.
Analytics and cookies
The current public site does not use Google Analytics, advertising pixels, or a cookie-consent banner. If non-essential analytics or cookies are introduced, this notice will be updated.
